Do I need experience?

Not at all. Most of our clients start with little or no reformer experience. That’s exactly why we begin with an induction.

We’ll show you how everything works, assess how you move, and make sure you feel comfortable before stepping into a group session.

You won’t be thrown in at the deep end & You’ll be coached properly from day one.

What if I'm not fit?

You don’t need to “get fit” before you start. That’s what we’re here for.

Our sessions are coached and progressive, meaning we adapt exercises to your current level and build from there.

You’ll be challenged in a way that feels productive, not overwhelming.

Most people leave their first session surprised at what they’re capable of.

What should I wear, or bring with me?

Comfortable clothing you can move in.

Leggings, joggers, shorts, a fitted top, something you feel good in.

Grip socks are ideal for reformer, but if you don’t have any, we can advise you.

Bring water. We’ll handle the rest.

How many sessions per week is best?

For most people, twice per week is the sweet spot.

It’s enough to build strength, improve mobility, and feel noticeable progress without taking over your schedule.

Once per week works well for maintenance.

Three times per week is ideal if this is your main form of training and you want faster results.

We’ll help you choose what makes sense for your goals and lifestyle.

Can you work around injuries?

Yes, within reason and always sensibly.

We regularly coach clients with previous injuries, joint concerns, or returning after time off.

Your induction allows us to understand your history so we can modify where needed.

Our goal is to build strength and confidence, not aggravate anything.
